Welcome to Regardsoe Fitness Circuit Boot camps.
My Small friendly group sessions ensure that you will hit every single problem area, core stabiliser, and muscle group that you didn’t even know existed.

Bored with your current gym workout, training programme or looking for a kick start back into exercise? Whatever your motivation or fitness goals, circuits are a great & fun adrenaline packed 60 minute mix of cardio, weight training and body weight exercises guaranteed to make you feel energised and challenged.

Whenever anyone sees the word ‘Bootcamp’ it is natural to assume that you will be outside getting mucky, rained on, leaping and bounding over park benches and performing army style drills. Well to some extent that is the case. But the difference with Regardsoe Fitness Circuit Bootcamps is that I aim to provide you with a mixture of indoor and outdoor ‘functional’ activities & obstacles that you are going to be fronted with everyday like stairs, inclines, getting up and down from the floor, reaching and lifting to name but a few.
No single session is the same!!
I may hit all the same muscle groups each week, but I like to attack them in different ways, working you from the inside and out, taking your body through a variety of different movement patterns and rotations that you can take home with you and utilise when performing your daily routines.

I am overweight and haven’t exercised in a long time; will I be able to keep up?
Any fitness level can come along. It doesn’t matter whether you have never exercised before, out of practice or have certain areas of weakness or instability. You can tackle each exercise safely and at your own pace, there is no pressure and no one will be looking at you. Trust me, everyone will be too busy concentrating on their own performance and given activity. You will be guided and motivated throughout. And each week you will become stronger and more confident and start to notice a difference, allowing you to be able to push yourself harder. You only get out what you put in!

I want to lose weight, is this the right form of exercise?
Weight loss is usually a given when indulging in any form of activity or exercise regime. As long as you are performing the exercises correctly and combined with a healthy diet you will see great results. In the Circuit Bootcamps you will be performing a range of metabolic burning and fast paced interval activities within a set period of time; hitting both your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds and challenging your cardiovascular and neuromuscular systems to name just a few. In other words to you will continue to burn body fat and calories for hours post workout!

I am over 50 and worried that I won’t be able to keep up with the youngsters.
It doesn’t matter what age or fitness level you are, as long as you’re a healthy male or female and have been given the go ahead to partake in exercise by a Medical Practitioner or Physio you are good to go! Each individual comes along to these sessions with their own unique set of goals, and it’s my job to help, motivate and encourage you on that path to a healthier lifestyle. It’s never too late to try something new.
