This is our personal training programme for a maximum 4 people per group. This programme is designed to really shape you up! It's open for both men and women who are ready to take their training to the next level and get radical results
We provide you with a strength training to fit your goals, set you up with a bespoke nutrition plan and support. Also get daily coaching in our private forum.
This is one of The Fit-Hut's high end coaching programmes for people who want their own personalised programme for training and nutrition.
We will coach you through your programme over 2-4 sessions per week in our private training facility, where up to 3 other people at most will be training at the same time. No guess work, completely bespoke coaching and a highly motivational environment that guarantee’s incredible results.

Do you want to have your coach exclusive to yourself? Whilst you enjoy the benefit of not having to wait for any equipment in a busy gym you also have the luxury of not having to share your trainer with anyone else.
