“I really love the bootcamp circuit training as Jo keeps things fresh and gives you new exercises and circuits each week, so there's no chance of getting bored by the same old routine as with many other classes you can go to. I also feel like I get a much more personalised service than I could get anywhere else and Jo guides you through this rather gruelling class in a very professional but really friendly way. She is very good at designing ingenious little exercises that isolate muscles you never knew existed! But at the same time the class atmosphere is light hearted and fun, even though physically you are pushed to your limits. "I've been attending Jo’s bootcamp for about a year and absolutely love it!, it's become addictive. If my legs don't hurt to walk down the stairs the next day I'm really disappointed. I can really see the difference, my legs are strong and my arms actually have definition when I tense them, the dreaded bingo wings are gone (well almost) I'm just in better shape all round. I'm still in the same size jeans, but the hideous muffin top I had before is no longer there. It's a really great friendly atmosphere and really good fun."
